工作职责：

5、支持团队建设包括工作流程优化、共性问题复盘等等。

任职资格：
1、本科及以上学历, 10年以上汽车工程或设计相关经验；
2、有一定的工程专业技术知识储备（如总布置、车身、车灯、座椅等），对国内外汽车法规有一定了解；
3、掌握基本的三维软件操作（如CATIA、ALIAS等）；
4、英语能满足日常工作需求，交流无障碍，书写流畅；
5、团队协作能力强, 积极主动, 较强的沟通和协调能力；
6、对汽车设计有高度兴趣，能很好的理解造型意图，熟悉造型设计开发流程。

1. Bachelor's degree or above, at least 5 years of experience in automotive engineering or design.
